3. How long does it take for me to receive the order? |
We ship orders via UPS (Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays observed by UPS. Saturday deliveries can be requested by phone at an additional cost)
You have the option to choose UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc.

6. How do I cancel my order after it has been processed and shipped? |
Please contact us immediately at 1-888-986-9841. We can not guarantee immediate cancellation of your order if we are contacted by email.
If your package has already shipped, we may be able to contact our carrier to have it rerouted to us but the customer is liable for all shipping costs and restocking fees which will be deducted from the original form of payment.
If any package is refused upon delivery attempt, the customer is liable for all shipping costs and restocking fees. |

8. Can I add or change my order? |
Once an order is placed we cannot change or add to the order other than adjusting the shipping address or shipping method and/or cancelling items from the order. otherwise the order will have to be cancelled for refund and you’ll be required to place a new order. |

15. Do you ship internationally? |
Yes, we do ship internationally but all payments must be made by a valid credit card. Money orders, cashier’s checks, and bank transfers are NOT accepted. Additional information may be requested credit card transaction verification.
