1. How long does it take for my order to begin processing?
Orders placed before 4:00pm(CT) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00pm(CT) will begin processing the following business day.
(Orders will not be processed on Sunday/Holiday)
 
2. When will my order ship out?
Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days from processing.
 
3. How long does it take for me to receive the order?
We ship orders via UPS (Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays observed by UPS. Saturday deliveries can be requested by phone at an additional cost) You have the option to choose UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc. You can always check out www.ups.com for additional information.
 
4. How much will my shipping costs be?
All shipping costs depend on weight, dimension, and distance. Your actual shipping cost will be displayed during check out process.
 
5. How can I find out my tracking number once shipped out?
Log in to your WignAccent.com account and click “My Account” to see tracking number. you can click on the tracking number to see detail information.
 
6. How do I cancel my order after it has been processed and shipped?
Please contact us immediately at 1-888-986-9841. We can not guarantee immediate cancellation of your order if we are contacted by email.
If your package has already shipped, we may be able to contact our carrier to have it rerouted to us but the customer is liable for all shipping costs and restocking fees which will be deducted from the original form of payment.
If any package is refused upon delivery attempt, the customer is liable for all shipping costs and restocking fees.
 
7. How do I change my shipping address after submitting my order?
Please call us immediately at 1-888-986-9841 to correct your shipping address.
If your order has already shipped, there will be a $10.00 service fee for the correction and your shipment may be delayed at least 1 business day.
 
8. Can I add or change my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot change or add to the order other than adjusting the shipping address or shipping method and/or cancelling items from the order. otherwise the order will have to be cancelled for refund and you’ll be required to place a new order.
 
9. Do you ship to P.O Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we ship through UPS and they do not ship to PO Box addresses
 
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
 
11. Is WignAccent going to save my credit card information after I purchase?
No, WignAccent does not save credit card information.
 
12. How long does a refund take to reflect for credit cards?
All refunds take approximately 2-3 business days from the day issued to reflect back in your account.
 
13. Do you have all the items showing on the website?
We update our inventory daily, but some items may be out of stock when we process your order. Those items will not be on back order and will be excluded from your order.
 
14. Does WignAccentr charge sales tax?
WignAccent charge sales tax where we have (Texas) or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws.
 
15. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally but all payments must be made by a valid credit card. Money orders, cashier’s checks, and bank transfers are NOT accepted. Additional information may be requested credit card transaction verification.
