- We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within 7 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number.
- The product must not be altered to be disguised as a manufacture defective item. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt back to the original form of payment
- If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will provide the correct item or a credit once the incorrect item has been returned.
- Defective products must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We are not able to issue a credit for item(s) after 30 days. WignAccent.com will issue a credit for returned defective merchandise with the invoice only. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- If cumstomers cancelled the order since we processed and handled the order, 10% cancellation fee would be charged and reimbursed to the customer. Whole Refund process (credit back to your account) would be taken normally 2-5 business days after the cancellation.
- No refunds are given on Wig, Jewelry & Ponytail due to sanitary purposes. Therefore, we do not re-sell any returned wigs. So we may protect all our customers from any bacteria or odors and you can buy with confidence. Eligible product(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for any return). Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNS
Log into your account at WignAccent.com and click on 'My Account' then under 'My Account Information' click on 'Returns.' Follow the 'Return Guide' and send a request for a return authorization number. Once your request has been reviewed we will issue you a Return Authorization number(RA#). Please include your RA# with the return, and a copy of your invoice with returned items marked. Any returns without the RA# on the outside of the package box will be refused. All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. |
